Description
Are you ready for full body classes 5 days a week for the next 6 weeks? This challenge will give you full body strength and your body will literally be at its best! The classes are a mix of our signature strength and sculpt classes, Sara's class, Barre classes, HIIT and Yoga. These classes together will build an overall strong body, with a lot of focus on the core since the fundamental of a lot of the classes are from Pilates where core strength plays a big role. With that said you will also feel that every single muscle in the body has to work in most of the classes so you will start to feel yourself becoming stronger very soon if you show consistency on the mat. We use some equipment in the classes but then a few classes are just your body weight. It will be lots of variety, fun and sweaty and we promise very fun 6 weeks ahead!
You will have rest days every Wednesday and Sunday. If you prefer adding some movement into those days we highly recommend that you choose some of your favorite Stretch and Mobility classes for better recovery and to improve your mobility. Another alternative is simply going for a walk, meditating, or practicing breathwork.
If you have just finished the Summer challenge this will be the perfect way to continue into the summer, keep your workout rhythm and show up on the mat.
