Nicolina’s story
“I never saw myself as a workout person. The gym has always made me feel awkward and extremely self-aware. Put a pregnancy on top of that and I kind of accepted that working out will never be part of my identity. Then I tried Sara’s classes and it was honestly like a new world opened up. Never thought a workout could be so short (30 min!!) and yet be so burningly effective. But what really made me fall for it was that it feels so soft and right for the body. One year in, and not only do I feel stronger and more connected to my body than pre-pregnancy, I might also even dare to say that I’m starting to see myself as one of those workout persons after all?”

Hanna’s story
“After one year of Withsara, I feel stronger and more balanced than I have in a long time. I used to attend Sara’s studio classes but when the pandemic hit and my office closed, I stopped going to the classes and other gym activities. As someone who struggles to find the motivation for home workouts, discovering Withsara made all the difference. I loved the online classes from the very beginning, they really are as close as you can get to a private, in-person session, only accessible anywhere and at any time! Sara’s contagious energy radiates through the screen, and her thorough coaching throughout each class keeps you focused on each movement. It’s taken me a long time to find workout options I truly enjoy, but Withsara I have finally found what’s really working for me, my body and my mind. I can’t wait to see what year two will bring”

Alexandra’s story
I met Sara back in autumn 2019 while trying out her workout at my workplace. Back then I used to do a lot of yoga, which was the only exercise I had been doing after I stopped running a few years before. Yoga was an important part of my life for several years as it worked well for my body as well as my mind.
But when I tried Sara’s workout for the first time, which I actually had a very hard time finishing, I got intrigued by the idea of trying a new, more powerful way of exercising and build more strength.
As we started to work from home in March 2020 and Sara launched her home workouts website just around the same time, I instantly became a member and started exercising 4-5 times a week.
I never felt stronger and better in my body than during this pandemic! :)”
