Description
Withsara’ Barre classes focus on low-impact, high-intensity movements that lift and tone muscles and improve strength, agility, and flexibility for everybody. Each barre class is designed to be a full-body, muscle endurance workout. Classes are broken into different sections that focus on major muscle groups including, the arms, legs, glutes, and core.
