Withsara Meditation classes

We are so happy to announce that now you can take Meditation classes on Withsara. At the same time, we want to welcome our very first guest teacher to Withsara, Matilde Wergeland. Matilde is a very experienced meditation practitioner that will guide you through the classes with ease and calmness. The goal of the classes is to be able to fit them easily into your day, to encourage meditation as a part of your lifestyle, and to help you feel more grounded and at ease in your busy life.

Matilde Wergeland

Matilde is Swedish and has been on a spiritual journey for a few years now leading meditation classes, Reiki, and hypnosis. Her presence is truly amazing and you feel instantly calm and peaceful just being around her.

About the classes

All of the meditations have different purposes and lengths so you can choose what class you feel like you need the most each day. To name a few there are "Openness to receive", "Self-love" and "De-stress" and they will all have a unique impact on your being during and after the class.
