January challenge
Description
Start a new year with the January challenge, a 6-week challenge to get you into a routine. The objective of this challenge is to build a sustainable workout routine and finding long-lasting change - not a quick fix in January. You will work two days on, one day off, and as we move further into the program, the load increases to keep up with all your new strength.
