About the challenge

What is the goal of the Summer challenge?

We want you to step into your power, meet yourself on the mat and take care of your beautiful body. Your body deserves the best and our exercises will support you in the best way leaving you feeling stronger and more confident after each class. The classes are mindful and encourage you to move with care but yet will challenge you giving you the results you desire.

What classes are we offering?

The classes in the challenge are a combination of Pilates, Barre, Strength and yoga. The classes are from 10-30 minutes so they are perfect to do even when time is limited.  Each class is going to benefit you in different ways leaving you feeling stronger, more energized and motivated. 

Who is the challenge for?

Anybody who is longing for a strong and toned body, more energy and motivation, a good workout routine, and consistency. Each class shows modifications and more advanced versions so the challenge is suitable for any fitness level, so no matter where you are in your fitness journey get ready to be challenged. 

What does a typical week look like?

Mon: Pilates and yoga flow (20 min)
Tue: Barre (25 min)
Wed: Rest (walking)
Thu: HIIT (20 min)
Fri: Full body Barre (28 min)
Sat: Mini core (10 min)
Sun: Pilates flow (18 min)
