14 day challenge for toning and strengthening your butt.

This challenge will only focus on strengthening and toning your butt for the next 14 days. The classes in the challenge are a mix of Sara's class, Barre classes, HIIT flow, Stretching, and Mini leg series. You will get great variations of exercises! In the second week, we have a short workout to complement the main one. Our tip to you before you start is to do this challenge with your friend to keep you accountable throughout the whole challenge.
